Mommy & Baby Yoga (6 weeks – pre-crawlers)

Our Baby and Me yoga class provides a community where new moms and babies are able to come together, share experiences, and make connections with one another in a safe and supportive environment. The class focuses on regaining strength within the pelvic floor and abdominals, releasing tension throughout the neck and shoulders, and using the breath to increase energy. Mom and baby will be encouraged to bond with one another through movement, song, and baby massage. Baby will also practice yoga to help strengthen growing muscles, promote good digestion, and improve sleeping patterns. This class is accommodating to all and requires no previous yoga experience. We would love to have you and your little one join the community! Moms are encouraged to nurse, bottle feed, change diapers, and soothe babies inside of the classroom and join back in with the yoga practice when ready. Please bring your own blanket to the class for your baby to lie down on.
You can purchase a one-time class pass or package online or pay with cash or check when you arrive at the studio.
Registration is required before attendance so we know who to expect! There is a 2 hour window before class to either register or cancel your class attendance for that session. If less than two women register for a class it will be canceled and you will receive a class cancelation email.
