Maybe you have a great sleeper, but are worried about the four-month sleep regression. Or any regression!
Maggie Moore, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, will be leading this workshop.
You will leave knowing more about:
– Age appropriate expectations for sleep 0 to 12 months
– Wake times and nap schedules for the first year
– How to survive the dreaded four-month sleep regression
– How and when to transition nap schedules
– Strategies you can implement right away to get your child Moore Sleep
The goal of this class is to empower families who feel powerless in their current sleep situation and help them build a healthy sleep foundation from the beginning. This will be an open conversation so questions are welcomed throughout the seminar.
The class is $40 per person or $60 for a couple.
