Our prenatal yoga class will focus on preparation. The class is designed around this theme and will also incorporate breath work, guided meditation, and restorative poses to help each mother prepare for their baby. No prior yoga experience is needed for this class. Take some time out of your day for just you and your baby!
You can purchase a one-time class pass or package online or pay with cash or check when you arrive at the studio.
Registration is required before attendance so we know who to expect! Registration closes on Friday evening at 8pm for our Saturday morning class. Please either register or cancel your class attendance for the session by 8pm. If less than two women register for a class it will be canceled and you will receive a class cancelation email.
