Bloom Counseling + Wellness Studio is seeking a compassionate, experienced clinical supervisor to join our team. This role requires you to possess your LPCC-S license in Kentucky and is ideal for a highly skilled clinician who is passionate about supporting the growth of emerging professionals through supervision.
Bloom is a highly respected mental health private practice located in Louisville, KY. We offer in-person and online counseling & medication management services for women, children, couples & families with a specialty in preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting support.
Primary responsibilities:
Supervision
- Provide clinical supervision to counseling interns and associate-level clinicians, ensuring their growth and development in alignment with professional standards.
- Offer guidance on case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and skill development.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions and document them in compliance with licensing board requirements.
- Facilitate case consultations to enhance clinical knowledge and skills among supervisees.

Program management
- Collaborate with the founder to develop new programming.
- Grow and manage our school based services program and our group counseling & workshops program.
Clinical services
- Depending on the needs of the practice, the clinical supervisor will maintain a small caseload of clients. Clinician will provide individual, couples and/or family therapy.
Administrative
- Coordinate the review, investigation, and resolution of client complaints/grievances in regard to services.
- Assist the founding director in interviewing and onboarding new clinicians.
Qualifications:
- Active LPCC-S licensure in KY.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience post-licensure.
- Demonstrated experience providing supervision to counseling interns and/or associate-level clinicians.
- Willingness to be added to our group contract insurance contracts (practice provides the credentialing)
- Willingness to complete the Postpartum Support International 2-day certificate training in perinatal mood disorders upon hire.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a private practice setting.
- Experience in perinatal mood disorders and child/family counseling.
