This interactive group, led by Carol Ryan, RN & Board Certified Holistic Nurse, offers expectant moms and families the opportunity to discover simple but highly effective ways to bring harmony throughout pregnancy for both mom and their baby. Mothers and supporters will learn to help themselves and baby by learning some simple intentional finger holds and breathe technique to find centering harmony using the ancient wisdom of the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. Come explore abilities to use these holds for self-care to create better coping and resilience measures and feel more balance and harmony being centered, present and in the flow. Mediation methods to harmonize mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing will be demonstrated in this interactive relaxation workshop.
Please join our group for a fun and restorative time to center and experience natural ability to heal in the universal flow. We will have a time to rejuvenate, share, and learn to expand new awareness that can be used daily to help moms and will be passed on ultimately for better bonding, parenting and ongoing mom and baby’s health. We will also be serving some healthy snacks! Registration closes 2/6/20 at 5pm.
