Donna Huber
Donna Huber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field for more than 25 years. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, social service agencies and at the University of Louisville Student Counseling Center. She is passionate about helping women going through a variety of life transitions.
For the past 15 years, she has been in private practice specializing in perinatal mood disorders (which includes pregnancy/postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD) as well as mothers making the transition into motherhood. She also works with women struggling with infertility, PTSD resulting from a traumatic childbirth and women who have experienced perinatal loss and/or finding out their child will be born with a disability.
Donna decided to specialize in perinatal mental health after struggling with postpartum depression herself. She is devoted and passionate about helping other mothers who may feel overwhelmed, depressed and anxious at a time when they feel they should be joyful and excited about their new baby.
Donna has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2001. She has completed specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Perinatal Grief and Loss. She has served as a member of Postpartum Support Kentuckiana which provides support and assistance to postpartum women, and is also a member of the National Association of Perinatal Social Workers.
Donna works to create a safe, supportive environment for her clients. She believes the therapeutic relationship is the most important component of therapy and is the catalyst for change and healing. Donna uses a client-centered and strength-based approach, while drawing on other evidence- based practices to best meet the needs of her clients. Christy Weber
Christy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and founder of Bloom Counseling + Wellness Studio. She has been working with women and families for over 13 years. Christy specializes in pregnancy and postpartum moods disorders including postpartum depression, anxiety and OCD as well as helping new moms and dads adjust to parenthood. She also works with clients struggling with relationship conflict, domestic violence, adoption/fostering issues and infertility. In addition, Christy provides premarital counseling using the PREPARE/ENRICH program.
Christy uses an eclectic approach when working with clients, combining components from client-centered, solution-focused and CBT therapies. She believes the client/therapist relationship is one of the most important elements in therapy. When the client is engaged in therapy with a trusting, compassionate therapist the opportunity for change and growth is tremendous.
Christy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky with specialized training in perinatal mood disorders, sexual assault/abuse and domestic violence. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago.

Kimberly Cook-Lee
Kimberly Cook-Lee, LCSW, brings 25 years of experience in the medical field, including behavioral health and hospice care. She began her career supporting clients through grief and loss and has since expanded her work to include survivors of complex trauma. Her time serving at a medical pregnancy center in Florida sparked a deep interest in women’s mental health, which continues to shape her practice today.
Kimberly specializes in domestic violence, grief and loss, physical abuse, PTSD, and sexual trauma. She is passionate about helping women and families find empowerment and transformation in their healing journeys.
Her approach is holistic, emphasizing the connection between body, mind, and spirit. She integrates body-based treatments to support nervous system regulation and brain healing. Kimberly is also passionate about creative expression, equine and animal-assisted learning, and faith-based counseling. She understands that developing new coping skills and improving self-care takes time, and she works collaboratively with clients to discover what fits best with their personality and strengths.
Kimberly views the therapeutic relationship as a partnership and honors each client as the expert of their own experience. She helps clients explore their personal beliefs, goals, and values in a safe and supportive space.

Monica Shotzbarger
Monica is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with extensive experience in both community mental health and in-home counseling services. Over the years, she has supported individuals and families navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, with a focus on creating safe, supportive environments where healing and growth can take place.
As a bilingual, Latino-American therapist, Monica brings cultural humility and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of the communities she serves. She is passionate about working with children and families—particularly those impacted by anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices that empower clients to build resilience and emotional wellness.
Monica has a special interest in women’s mental health, with experience supporting clients through perinatal and postpartum transitions, parenting stress, identity shifts, and other life changes. She is especially skilled at helping women reconnect with their inner strengths and navigate the emotional complexities of different life stages.
Her clinical work is informed by trauma-informed care and strength-based interventions, and she draws from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family systems work. Monica is known for her warm presence, cultural sensitivity, and ability to connect authentically with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Teea Fullen-Barnes
Teea Fullen-Barnes is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, an EMDR trained therapist and Lactation Educator. Teea provides individual counseling to adults and adolescents 15 and up. She has a special interest in working with clients from the BIPOC community. Teea has completed specialized training in Advance Perinatal Mental Health, Black Perinatal Mental Health, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety disorders and Perinatal Grief and Loss.
Teea utilizes approaches such as Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral and EMDR therapies to guide her treatment. She enjoys helping individuals overcome challenges they may face in order to achieve their goals and to become the best version of themselves. Teea also enjoys helping individuals create healthy boundaries and incorporating the outdoors in counseling.
Teea received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University, a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Spalding University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. As a former athletic trainer, she’s helped a diverse population of athletes, as well as the general population through physical injuries and limitations. Her work included providing emotional support, active listening, empathy, and overall mental health assistance. This foundation and professional experience was integral in shaping the way she provides mental health support in the counseling setting.

Jessica Nutt
Jessica Nutt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and family systems in a variety of settings such as foster care, community mental health, and private practice. Jessica believes there is great value in understanding and even integrating the client’s family system in the therapeutic process and feels this is especially important in her work with children and adolescents.
Jessica received her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Campbellsville University. She has also received specialized training in trauma informed care, play therapy, as well as the Gottman Method for couples counseling. In addition, she has completed training to diagnose and treat pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders.
Jessica is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. She enjoys assisting her clients in overcoming obstacles, achieving their goals, and empowering them to meet new challenges with all the tools and resources they may need.

Autumn Shutt
Autumn Shutt is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and offers medication management for adults and children ages 14 and older. She has completed extensive training to obtain a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.
Autumn works with clients ages 14 and older. Her areas of interest include women’s mental health, perinatal mood disorders, PMDD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). In addition, she enjoys working with women struggling with perimenopause or menopause mood symptoms including increased anxiety, depression, irritability and insomnia. Autumn focuses on a holistic approach by looking at the client’s nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management and coping skills to help them achieve optimal results in their mental health treatment plan.

Carol Ryan is a board certified holistic nurse specializing in creative wellness strategies to provide individualized integrative approaches in health. Her areas of expertise include stress management, relaxation techniques, pain management and health promotion.
Carol is certified to practice Integrative Imagery, Reiki, and Jin Shin Jyutsu. These integrative health techniques are safe and natural approaches to improve and restore balance to the clients she serves. She provides a unique partnership to help people reach optimal wellness and balance.

Katherine Kaiser
Katherine is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University. Katherine Kaiser has been a clinical counselor for eight years with a specialty in pregnancy & postpartum mood disorders, anxiety, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. She typically works from a cognitive behavioral therapy approach but believes in pulling from multiple theoretical perspectives to best meet the client’s needs. She is a mother of two and lives on the north side of Indianapolis.

Erica Quarles
Erica Quarles is a Licensed Professional Art Therapy Associate. She works with families, children, teens and individuals. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Erica enjoys using art to help create a safe space for clients of all ages to open up, discover their inner strength and find their path to healing. She also enjoys using play therapy techniques to engage deeper emotions in children and help them to develop new coping skills. Erica is contracted to provide in-school services to children attending Oldham County Schools.
She received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in art therapy from the University of Louisville. She has received training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Functional Therapy and Gentle Parenting to assist children who have been through traumatic events in their life. She has also completed specialized training to diagnose and treat perinatal mood disorders including pregnancy and postpartum anxiety and depression.
Erica has worked with the Kentucky child welfare system in a family preservation setting. She understands what it takes to help families and children cope with trauma, anxiety, school-related difficulties, parenting skills, etc.
She enjoys helping individuals, families, and children gain the skills needed to overcome the challenges they are facing, find joy in their lives and reach their potential. Bloom Counseling + Wellness Studio provides counseling & medication management services for women, children, couples & families with a specialty in preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting support. We are seeking an experienced supervisor who has a passion for supporting the growth of emerging professionals through supervision.Knowledge and/or experience with perinatal mood disorders and infertility is a plus! This is an independent contractor position.
Qualifications:
- Active LPCC-S licensure in KY.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-licensure.
- Demonstrated experience providing supervision to counseling interns and/or associate-level clinicians.
- Willingness to complete the Postpartum Support International 2-day certificate training in perinatal mood disorders upon hire.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
