Health coaching at Bloom Counseling + Wellness Studio is a collaborative, personalized approach to improving your overall well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Services are offered by Dana Skrodzki, a certified health coach, licensed massage therapist, and registered yoga instructor. Dana brings a holistic perspective to her work, helping clients create sustainable lifestyle changes that feel aligned, realistic, and lasting.

Health coaching goes beyond diet and exercise. It’s about how you live your life—your routines, your mindset, your energy, and your ability to care for yourself in a consistent, meaningful way.


Coaching Options

Option 1: Flexible, As-Needed Support

$150 | One 75-minute session

A one-time session designed to focus on a specific topic, provide education, and leave you with a clear, personalized plan of action.

This option is a great fit if:

  • You feel confident implementing strategies independently
  • You prefer flexibility over a set schedule
  • You want support for a specific challenge or life transition

You can book additional sessions as needed to stay on track and adjust your plan over time.


Option 2: Ongoing Support & Accountability (3-Month Experience)

$500 total (two payments of $250)
Includes 4 sessions:

  • 1 initial 75-minute session
  • 3 follow-up 45-minute sessions

This option offers a more structured, supportive experience over the course of three months.

You’ll work with Dana to create alignment between your mindset, daily habits, and overall well-being. Together, you’ll build sustainable routines, increase self-awareness, and develop strategies that feel natural—not forced.

This experience is ideal if you’re looking for:
